A partner code for your business
Every partner gets their own code. Your clients enter it at checkout and get a discount straight away, and you earn a commission on every event paid with your code, paid out once the event is over. We agree the discount and commission with you by email, based on how many events you run.

Questions from planners & vendors
Who holds the event account?
Either the couple or you. Events are managed in the dashboard with a Google account, and for now one event belongs to one account. Agree with your client who creates it. The album can be downloaded and handed over any time while it's kept.
Is there a commission or partner pricing?
Yes. You get a partner code: clients who use it get a discount at checkout, and you earn a commission on every event paid with it, including when a client adds guests later. Commissions are paid by bank transfer after the event. We agree the amounts per partner; write to [email protected].
What does the venue need?
No special equipment. Guests use their own phones and internet connection, and photos still send once the signal is back. For the slideshow, any screen or projector that can open a browser and reach the internet will do.
What does it cost my client?
Free for 5 guests. 100 guests from IDR 146,000, the introductory price until 31 January 2027; from 1 February 2027, IDR 209,000. All packages: https://relivi.app/en/pricing
What about events with more than 500 guests?
Dashboard packages go up to 500 guests. For bigger events or several events at once, email us at [email protected].
What if a client's event is cancelled or moved?
Cancel at least 7 days before the start time, before any guest has joined, and you get a full refund. After that there's no refund, but you can still change the date for free as long as no guest has joined. If guests can't use Relivi during the event because of a fault in our system and you report it within 7 days after the event, you also get a full refund. Email [email protected].
