Everything you need to know before setting up your guest album.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and Relivi opens in the browser, like Chrome or Safari. Nothing to install, no account to create.
Who can see our wedding photos?
Only people who have your event link or QR code. Guests see small previews in the Live Feed, while full-size photos, voice notes and messages open only for the guest who sent them and for the two of you. You can also hide photos, lock the gallery until the event ends, or turn the Live Feed off.
How many photos can each guest send?
Anywhere from 10 to 35 shots per guest, depending on your package. Just like a disposable camera, a limited roll makes every shot count.
What if the venue signal is bad?
Photos are processed on the guest's phone and sent automatically as soon as there's a connection. Guests can keep shooting even when the signal drops in and out.
How long are the photos kept?
On a paid package, the album is kept for 1 year, until your first anniversary, and guests can still open their gallery and the Live Feed for 30 days after the event. On the free package, guest access stops when the event ends and the album is kept for 7 days for the two of you. You can download everything as a ZIP from your dashboard while it's kept.
How much does it cost?
Free for 5 guests. Paid packages are priced by the number of guests and shots per guest, one payment per event, no subscription: 100 guests from IDR 146,000. That's the introductory price until 31 January 2027; from 1 February 2027, 100 guests start at IDR 209,000.
